Stage 2 - Audit Related Documents

Viewing and sharing audit related documents uploaded by a CB

After contracting for the audit, the CB will upload the next set of audit documents.

The CB will upload the date and auditor(s) for the audit and the audit plan to share with the brand owners you choose. Sharing the audit details and audit plan with other brand owners participating in the AuditOne program will allow all interested brand owners to contact the lead auditor before the audit is conducted. How to access and share these document is explained below.

When the audit has been concluded the report and the certificate will be uploaded by the auditor and can be shared with the brand owners you choose. To view your document, please select the 'View' which is located to the right of the certificate step.

Note: If the 'View' button isn't present, then it hasn't been uploaded yet.

You can then share the document with other brand owners by clicking 'Share Document' and following the instructions.

You will be asked to enter the name of the organization that you would like to share it with; there is also a message field to provide additional information. The Restricted Sharing option prevents others from sharing it from their side, and it will notify you if any screenshots are made.

The advantage of the AuditOne program is that any AuditOne audit will be accepted by multiple brand owners participating in the program. Once the report and certificate are uploaded, they are automatically available to the brand owner who assigned the requirement. Please share the report and certificate with the other brand owners to demonstrate compliance with the appropriate AuditOne standard.

You can access and view the documents by returning to the requirement process via the 'Requirements' tab in the menu bar. Then select the option 'Assigned and scheduled to me' and choose and access the relevant requirement.

Uploading your CAPA plan – if applicable

If a CAPA plan was agreed with the auditor after the audit, you will upload it to the platform. Access your requirement page via the 'Requirements' tab in the menu bar. Then select the option 'Assigned and scheduled to me' and choose and access the relevant requirement.

Click the button ‘Upload CAPA Plan’ at the relevant stage of the requirement. Choosing the AuditOne CAPA Plan will display a page where you confirm the appropriate standard for your site and upload the CAPA plan.

You will need to enter the name of your CAPA plan, choose the relevant standard, and upload the file that contains the plan. Once complete, select 'Create CAPA Plan'.
