Access your requirement document and monitor progress

It is important to keep up-to-date with your requirement process. To return to a requirement that has been issued to you, simply hover over the 'Requirements' tab. From here, select the option, 'Assigned and scheduled to me', and choose the relevant requirement.  

 

 

From this view you can see the priority of each requirement. If they are close to their due date, they will be labelled as 'Warning'. If the due date has already passed, the requirement will be labelled as 'Non Compliant'. Clicking on the requirement name will take you to the requirement process page where you can take action, monitor progress and view uploaded documents. 

 

 

The next screen will provide further information on the requirement. You may also see multiple options to view, as this page will illustrate all of the organizations that assigned this requirement to you. Please click 'View' to see workflow that is happening with this requirement. 

 

 

You are now into the flow of the requirement. At the top of your screen, you will see the description of the requirement along with other options. If the requirement is to be forwarded to one of your operations, you can change who the requirement was sent to. 

 

 

The bottom half of the screen is the step-by-step workflow of the requirement process. In the example below we haven't yet sent of an RFP (Request for Proposal) to a service provider, so we are on the first step. You will be able to view every step that has been completed, as well as the current step.
