You have the ability to reset your password on the login page. Click the ‘Reset’ button which is seen in the screen below.
This will take you a the following screen where you will be asked for a email address or a mobile number. Email address is recommended. Enter the necessary information and click ‘Reset Password’.
Note: The email address is the email address that was sent the invitation to join the platform. Please enter the full contents of the address; for example: jane.doe@business_name.com
- Sometimes the password reset may take longer amounts of time, but expect no more than 10 minutes.
- If the reset doesn’t come through, please try two actions:
- Using Google Chrome
- Refreshing your page
- If your password still fails to arrive at your inbox, please contact Live Support.
- Please check your spam folder to see if it has arrived there.
